cubelinux 10cb4e4075 Point the notes MCP at this tree's new home

The repository moved from /home/CUBELinux/CUBELinux-2 to /home/CUBEdb, and the
MCP server hardcoded its own CLI's path. One line, no behaviour change; without it
the server would call a binary that no longer exists.

CUBELinux-2: WordFlags/tri-channel 16-bit flag field, tag-14 + scan_by_word_flag, cubetrace capture→replay→golden→lineage, CUBE VP-tree balling index (cubecode::ballindex), cubefs-visible WordFlags, and cube-mvw (sharded multi-writer MVCC store with per-shard WALs + group-commit + compaction, impl CubeBackend => CubeStore<MvwBackend> DB). Adds show-flags/scan-word-flags/trace-*/golden-capture CLI; ~ tests green.

cubesys/cubecli/cube-notes-mcp: note categories + project threads. notes use doc_type 'note:<category>' for categories and associate to a 'project' record (linked_records) for project threads; cube note add|list|search accept --project/--cat/--since/--until; new 'cube project list' + 'cube project show <coord>' (walk a project's thread). MCP server exposes note_write/list/search/show + project_list/project_show. 4 notes tests pass; workspace check green.
